FAQs

What is a Day-Of Coordinator (DOC)?
We, as the DOCs, will handle and manage the last minute check-up of your wedding.  We deal with the vendors directly to resolve any last minute issues that may rise and we make sure that everything is in the right place at the right time for your wedding day.

What is the difference between a DOC and a Wedding Planner?
A Wedding Planner would normally help with the entire wedding planning process, including vendor selection(s), negotiating contracts, and even wedding design.  Different planners offer different packages but their fees are higher than a DOC as they engage in more activities.
A DOC physically attends your wedding activities, including the rehearsal, to make sure everything is going as you had planned.  A DOC takes care of all the big and small details, such as, making sure the vendors are doing what they are paid to do, the right photo is (photos are) taken, the bridal party is announced, wedding participants are in place ready to go, and most importantly, that everyone is happy and satisfied, including the bride.
